machines developed specifically for our clients
- Automatic cardboard overturner
The machine is installed at the end of the line
where it is necessary to flip the boxes by 180°. The arriving
boxes are held inside the machine by a clipping mechanism and are
then rotated.
The machine has a capacity of 15 boxes per minute.
- Automatic bag opening machine
The machine is able to pick up packaged products
in bags of 25-50Kg. to be unwrapped by the line. The bag is conveyed
inside a machine where the cutting of the bag and the emptying of
the product takes place, separating the two.
The machine has a capacity of 3 bags per minute.
- Continuous automatic washer for bowls
and drums
By working constantly, the machine is able to
follow different stages of the process: prewash, washing with water,
possible washing with detergent and the rinsing both internally
and externally of the polycarbonate bowls of 15-20 litres and drums
of 50-60 litres.
The capacity of the machine is:
-200-250 containers/H for bowls of 15-20 litres
-120 containers/H for drums of 50-60 litres
