DECAPPER
Our patented systems for the recovery of packaged products allow for continuous or discontinuous handling of rejected production batches or warehouse returns.
Product uncapping is reliable and fast and emptying takes place by force of gravity, therefore without stressing the product. The system can work on bottles with a crown cap, a screw cap, corks and even tin cans. We offer different types of machines, according to the throughout speed required, which both use the same basic principle of operation.
This machine is dedicated to the bottling industry, for recovery the product reject by the filling line. The machine features a capacity for high-speed operation and it may be fitted with a filter on the product re-introduction pump and a bottle rinsing machine for immediate re-introduction of the bottles on the filling line.
This machine has been designed for the wine production industry or for sectors that have medium/low production needs. The uncapping heads can extract corks, screw on caps or crown caps. Multiple-head systems may be installed to extract different types of caps, as well as systems to extract the protective capsules.
