The Freddi basket loading – unloading machines have a revolutionary can/jar picking head that combines the efficiency of permanent magnets with an extremely light-weight device that allows moving the picking carriage with maximum ease.The standard, semiautomatic machine (manual positioning/removal of the layer pad) may be equipped so as to become fully automatic right up to fully automated basket loading and unloading.
All Freddi basket loading machines are fitted with a centring unit for perfect positioning of the containers in the baskets. All machine parts, from the reach lifting mechanism to the magnetic head, are designed by us and manufactured in our productive seat.
This loader is designed to receive cylindrical tin boxes from a table-top belt conveyor and stack them in a metal crate with a false bottom.
This unloader is designed to receive stacked cylindrical tin boxes and unload them onto a table-top belt conveyor. The product is received in metal crates with a false bottom and the product layers are divided by a plastic interlayer pad.
For low speed lines Officina Freddi offer semiautomatic basket loader/unloaders, that system consist in a robust stainless steal AISI 304 main frame complete of hydraulic lifting unit.
